No Return No Refund

  • All products are non returnable and non refundable once delivered

  • This policy applies to all orders without exception under normal conditions

Exceptions for Damaged Defective or Incorrect Products

We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect product has been delivered

Time Limit to Report Issues

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered
