When we looked at the challenges of modern food habits, we realized how convenience had replaced nutrition. That’s when we turned to millets — ancient, resilient grains packed with nourishment, grown sustainably, and perfectly suited for today’s fast-paced life.

But Millettree isn’t just about food; it’s about reviving a movement.

We aim to bring farmers in India back to millet cultivation — crops that save water, enrich the soil, and offer them better income opportunities, for which we run awareness campaigns and collaborating with like minded people to make the consumer aware of what benefits these grains delivered.

With the technical collaboration of the Department of Food Science and Technology, Punjab Agricultural University, we’ve crafted a range of instant, guilt-free millet-based meals that fit effortlessly into modern lifestyles — from Instant Ragi Soups and Bajra Khichdi to Jowar Porridge, Fermented Dosa Batters, Upma Mixes, and Roasted Flours. What makes your millet products different from regular millet atta or instant foods?

Our products are made using stone-ground chakki methods, which help retain natural nutrients. We produce everything in small batches, use single grains at a time, and avoid palm oil, preservatives, and artificial additives. This ensures better digestion, cleaner nutrition, and consistent quality.

Are your products suitable for people with diabetes or weight management goals?

Yes. All our products are gluten-free, have a low glycemic index, and are made from nutrient-dense millets like ragi, bajra, and jowar. They help maintain stable blood sugar levels, keep you fuller for longer, and support healthy weight management.

How are your grains sourced and processed?

We source our grains from farmer cooperatives, supporting small farmers and ethical farming practices. Every grain is washed, properly dried to remove moisture, and then slow-roasted or sprouted (where applicable) before stone grinding, ensuring hygiene, freshness, and nutrient retention.

Are your instant products healthy despite being ready-to-eat?

Absolutely. Our instant range is designed as guilt-free meals—just add hot water or milk. They are palm-oil free, contain no added preservatives, and are enriched with natural ingredients like moong dal, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and spices. Nutritional profiles for these products are available via QR codes on the packaging for complete transparency.
