Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order with RK Millet Delight, a registered partnership firm under Indian law, operating under the brand name “Millettree.”
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “RK Millet Delight,” “Millettree,” “we,” “us,” or “our” shall refer to the same entity.
These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.
1. ABOUT US
Millettree, owned and operated by RK Millet Delight, is dedicated to our mission of “Rog Mukt Jeevan” (Disease-Free Life). We provide naturally grown, health-focused millet-based food products that combine nutrition with tradition. Our products are sourced from farmers using environmentally friendly farming techniques and we prioritize quality control through traditional farming methods to offer natural alternatives for every kitchen.
We offer a range of health-focused food products including millet flours (like Ragi, Jowar, and Bajra), ready-to-eat items such as instant khichdis, soups, and porridges, and other products like millet pasta and muesli. Millettree’s products prioritize traditional farming methods, quality control, and natural ingredients to provide nutritious and convenient food options for consumers.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If ordering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the prices applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honored for that particular order. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and validity periods as mentioned during the offer period.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking, digital wallets, e-gift cards, and reward points where applicable.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your complete card information.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select pin codes and may include a ₹50 handling fee. COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹1,500. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders can be placed by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is successfully placed.
However, confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Millettree reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or delivery limitations. Millettree also reserves the right to limit quantities per order or per customer to ensure fair availability of products.
If an order is rejected after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if the order status is still “Pending/Unprocessed.” To cancel, contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Eligible returns can be initiated after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
If cancellation is declined due to order processing, you will be informed of the reason. Cancellations for perishable items may incur cost recovery if preparation has already started.
Gift Certificates cannot be cancelled once purchased; however, an expiry extension request can be made within 5 days of purchase.
Millettree reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies, payment issues, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If a delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any additional re-delivery charges will be borne by you.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We deliver to select locations within India. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code. Millettree reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or addresses at its sole discretion.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and product availability. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, festivals, weather conditions, or logistics issues beyond our control.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value as specified on the website from time to time.
Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout and you must provide a valid phone number and complete address for delivery coordination.
Once your order ships, tracking details will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may incur additional re-delivery or return logistics costs, which will be borne by you.
Millettree shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or delivery failures caused by third-party courier partners, transportation disruptions, natural events, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.
7. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
All products remain the property of Millettree until full payment has been received and confirmed. Ownership (title) of the products transfers to you only upon successful delivery and acceptance at the shipping address provided.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon confirmed delivery or physical receipt by you or your authorized representative. If the delivery is refused, delayed due to your unavailability, or fails due to incorrect address details, risk of loss shall transfer to you once the delivery attempt has been made by our courier partner.
Millettree reserves the right to recover from you any additional delivery costs, losses, or damages incurred due to failed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries resulting from customer error or inaction.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Millettree take utmost care to ensure that products reach you in perfect condition. However, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following circumstances:
- Products received are damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery;
- Wrong products are delivered; or
- Products delivered have insufficient shelf life or compromised packaging integrity.
Products cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.
Opened or partially used food items are not returnable unless defective or contaminated upon opening.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and physical return must be completed within 4 business days.
To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. For damaged items, an unboxing video is recommended.
Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Products must be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
If Millettree arranges a reverse pickup, we bear transit risk. If you send a return yourself, use a trackable, insured courier. Millettree is not responsible for loss or damage of customer-arranged returns.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of inspection and approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via NEFT transfer or cheque in the billing name provided. Shipping and COD handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If replacements are unavailable, Millettree may offer an equivalent substitute or issue a full refund.
9. COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES
Millettree is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and transparency in every transaction. If you experience any issues with your order, delivery, or product quality, you may contact us for resolution through our official support channels.
For product-related or post-delivery complaints, please notify Millettree within 15 days of receiving your order.
For delivery-related issues such as non-delivery, delay, or damaged parcels, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation from our courier partner.
To raise a complaint, please provide:
- Your Order Number,
- Full Name and Contact Details, and
- Clear supporting evidence, such as photographs, unboxing videos, or courier tracking information.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and addressed in accordance with our internal complaint handling procedure. Where escalation is required, the matter will be referred to our designated Grievance Officer as mentioned in Clause 23 (Grievance Redressal).
Millettree aims to resolve all complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
10. FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY
Millettree ensures that all its products are manufactured, packed, and distributed in compliance with applicable Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations and industry best practices. Every batch undergoes stringent quality checks before dispatch to maintain freshness, safety, and nutritional integrity.
Millettree products are made using 100% natural ingredients and do not contain artificial preservatives, colors, or harmful chemicals. Our millet-based products are naturally gluten-free and formulated using traditional processing methods to retain maximum nutrition and flavor.
All products are stored and transported under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve their quality and shelf life. At the time of delivery, products will have at least 50% of their total shelf life remaining, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities are advised to carefully review ingredient labels and allergen information before purchase or consumption. You may also contact Millettree Customer Support for detailed product or allergen information prior to ordering.
While every precaution is taken to prevent cross-contamination, manufacturing facilities may handle multiple grains, nuts, or other food ingredients. Millettree shall not be liable for allergic reactions or intolerance issues where allergen details were accurately disclosed on product packaging or labels.
If you receive any product that appears tampered, expired, or unsafe for consumption, please contact us immediately with photographs or video evidence. Millettree will investigate such cases promptly and, where confirmed, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content available on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, images, product descriptions, videos, designs, logos, icons, photographs, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software constitutes the intellectual property of Millettree or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and design laws.
“Millettree” and associated logos are registered trademarks.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, or republication of content without written consent is prohibited. Automated data collection or scraping is strictly disallowed.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Millettree.
12. USER ACCOUNTS
You may need to create an account to access certain features or place orders on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including user ID and password. You must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion without notice or explanation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting customer support.
Upon deletion, your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Millettree reserves the right to retain certain transactional or legal records as required under Indian law, even after account closure, for audit and compliance purposes.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the website in any manner that:
- causes harm or impairs access;
- involves unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful conduct;
- transmits malware, viruses, or malicious code;

Millettree makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, the accuracy of product descriptions, or the suitability of its products for any particular purpose.
While we take great care to ensure product quality and website accuracy, Millettree does not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance on information provided on the website is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Millettree’s total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, or any purchase made through it, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Mandatory Exceptions:

Millettree engages reputable third-party service providers for payment processing, logistics, and delivery. While we take reasonable steps to ensure their reliability, we are not liable for delays, service disruptions, or errors caused by these independent third-party providers that are beyond our reasonable control.
Millettree reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any of its services at any time, without notice or liability. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continued availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Millettree, its partners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise directly from: (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (iv) any fraudulent, illegal, or negligent acts or omissions by you in connection with your use of our website or products.
This indemnification obligation applies only to losses that are directly attributable to your conduct and shall not extend to losses arising from any act or omission of Millettree, its employees, or authorized service partners.
Millettree reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with Millettree in asserting any available defenses.
You must not settle any claim or proceeding that involves Millettree without our prior written consent.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We will notify you of any such event within 7 days and make reasonable efforts to resume operations.
If a Force Majeure event continues for over 60 days, either party may terminate affected orders, and any prepayments for undelivered products will be refunded.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, website use, or product purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
We encourage customers to first contact our Customer Support to attempt an amicable resolution before pursuing any legal remedies.
19. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Millettree regarding website use and supersede all prior versions.
20. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
For material changes, we will notify users via email and post the updated Terms at least 7 days before they take effect.
For non-material updates, changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of revised Terms.
21. ASSIGNMENT
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice.
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
22. WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
