Shipping & Return Policy
1. Shipping Information
We offer reliable shipping options to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Below are the details for our shipping process:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
- Delivery Issues: Millettree is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect address details entered by customer.
2. International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on destination, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied, we do offer returns and exchanges. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received.
- Original packaging with tags must be included (if applicable).
- Return must be requested within limited days from delivery.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance / Sale items
- Customized products
To initiate a return, email info@millettreeofficial.com with order number & reason. Return shipping cost is customer responsibility unless our mistake.
4. Exchanges
For size/color exchange, contact support. Exchanges depend on availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged/defective product, email order number + photos to info@millettreeofficial.com. We will resolve with replacement or refund.
6. Cancellations
Contact us ASAP for cancellation request. If order not shipped yet, we will attempt cancellation. If shipped, return process applies.
